The first PD program for the academic year 2020 was conducted today.The presenters took us through the Continuous Formative Assessment(CFA) the curriculum reform which is to be implemented from this year in the lower grades(PP-lll). They touched on different approaches followed by the essential aspects, rubrics, checklist and assessment tools to used with children while doing away with the summative assessment. Teachers were oriented to be equipped with all the necessary tools required. In a way we sharpened our tools to handle the new tools while educating our young hearts.
