First Aider 2016
Aim- To prepare the scouts and guides to give a proper first aid during emergency situation and to teach them how to deal with such situation without panic.
Location- velur, chavakkad district, Kerala, India
Participants- 150 scouts and guides of age group of 10 to 18 in which 20 rovers and rangers did their services.

Story- during a test for scouts and guides in district level, we rovers noticed that Ambulance man proficiency badge is there in their syallabs, but they didn't knew how to properly do it in a real situation and to deal with it without panic.so we thought with our officials and arranged an event named First aider for them. It was organised on the 7th to 9th of October, 2016 at velur school. The event covered the entire proficiency badge syllabus in a practical method.the help from IMA and KP was very helpful. The mockdrills, practicals, demo sessions made the event success and it was reflected in the last flood situations in kerala.
