Under the initiatives of Nazhoen Scouts members, staffs and non -scouts members of Dechheling Lower Secondary School under pemagatshel Dzongkhag has planned and carried out excursion work towards Green Heart Project. The GHP was initiated in the year 2017 under the leadership of His Eminence Trulku Jampel Rinpoche . This project was set up with an aim to make strong bond among pupil's in the community and generate income to carry out some minor community developmental activities in future. Headed by principals, scout leaders, staffs and scouts members joined with community in carrying out mass weeding activities in Soya bean field.
