TRAINING-COURSE conducted (sessions, outdoors activities, culture events and leisure activities, one day trip out of the Centre, group project work) in OCTOBER 11-16, 2011 Scout method as well as other working methods were used during the Training: Sessions with trainers presentations and input Presentations (activities, projects) from participants Workshops; Discussions “What to do on return”, “How to implement in practice” (Ideas how to implement proposals in the NSO) etc. One-day historical and culture heritage exploration via most famous places of the Southern Coast of Crimea peninsula, Ukraine; Free-time and cultural activities every evening Main questions & tasks that were raised and discussed during this Training Work on the Training course was constructed around main questions connecting with Rovers age section in Scout organization. All participants were divided into three rover groups and worked by them all the time (as model of their group in NSO). There were proposed initial points to talk and discussed on the Training): Who is the Rover? What is Rovering for me? Retention, recognition and motivation of Rovers Succession planning of activities. Designed project for rover group that could be implemented in practice after arrival home Training for leaders who working with Rovers  Resources Cooperation and networking in the Rovers age section on the national and regional level
