Eradicating trash from our community
Two members from 1st Isago Scouts Group participated in the Better World for BP, whereby they collected 20 trash bags for the initiative
We started by taking everyday trash as there is no consistent waste disposal service within our community so we decided to collect them and remove them from our community streets
This initiative has better improved our knowledge of how trash can be harmful in our community and that as much as plastic is very harmful for our community.
As mentioned above, we've learned about how plastic can be harmful, but also how it can be used to our advantage.
