On Friday 22nd of March, 2013. In the morning, Kombo North District Scout, embarked on a rode march in the community. Through that they sensitize the people in the community about the importance of keeping the environment clean and also encourage youths in the community to join them in cleaning the environment. After the march pass scouts and some village youths when to clean the market, the central mosque and the main high way were student, garden women, people from other village and villagers themselves both uses. In the afternoon, they organized a game with the national Rugby team  in order to build bilateral relationship between the kombo North District Scouts and other sport groups. At night, they organized a camp fire to entertain the villagers and also raise their awareness about the important of scouting through drama, scout games and songs During the camp they also sign a memorandum of understanding with the Serekunda west District scout for friendship, exchange of programs and activities and also create a pen pal friendship between the scouts in the two districts. They are now targeting other villages in Kombo North now and in doing that each scout contribute 25 Dalasis Gambian money.     Location: Brufut village
