Entrepreneur Club goes on Tour

Entrepreneur Club goes on Tour

On Saturday 29th September, Mr. Alagesan, the Entrepreneur club coordinator initiated a short field trip for the club members to Berti.
The club trip was mainly initiated to make the club members aware about how to establish the cottage  or small scale business ventures and become an Entrepreneur in the future.
The destination of the trip was Berti and the students had to walk nearly 12 km from the school. The journey started at around  8 am after breakfast.  At 10.30 am, the club members reached  Takabi where they visited  different livestock farms such as Piggery, Fishery and Poultry farms. They essentially learnt more about the management of farms, identification of sick animals, treatments done to them, loan facilities and marketing plans.
Without delay they started their journey towards Berti and  visited small livestock farms. They ate their packed lunch near river bank. Before long, they started to walk back to school.
All the members said that the trip was informative and a memorable one. Students had gained knowledge and have developed courage and confidence to face the challenges of the unemployment in future.
