Empowering Scouts through Skilling (ASE) Project

Support children in rural Bhutan with social innovation challenge and equip them with 21st skills that empower them through UPSHIFT project supported through UNICEF Bhutan.
Executed in Khotakha Pry school under Wangdue Phodrag District. The project is implemented through teachers who are trained on UPSHIFT and supported by school administration.
The project help children equip with skills that enables them solve local issues with creativity and innovation. They develop positive attitude towards skills development program and shift their mindset so that they find their own job.
Through the project, they can support their school and community address some underlying issues. They can create employment for others and support livelihood.
