El Supuesto, periódico estudiantil
Writting has always been one of my biggest passions, so whenever I have the opportunity to express myself through parragraphs I will not doubt and do so. As an International Relations student, I feel so commited with the many issues that happen daily all over the world and the way we can make a difference on them by simply informing people and creating an argumented opinion about the problems. That´s why I started writting for ITAM´s student´s newspaper "El Supuesto".
Each week "El Supuesto" was published I volunteered to write about international topics for the section called "Más allá de Río Hondo", and also I became a member of the subdirectorate of "Correction and Style" of the newspaper. In the subdirectorate our job is to check each article that people send us to make sure that grammar and syntax is correct. By this time, I´ve written about 10 articles and reviewed more than 60 articles.
As "El Supuesto" is the newspaper of the students of Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, we can say that all the student community benefits from it, but also all externals that week by week read and share the oppinions and the value of all printed and digital pages. In this way, I can proudly say that the 20 people who volunteer on the different areas of "El Supuesto" make an impact on around a thousand eyes.
With these project I´ve learned so much: to write better, to organize my schedule, teamwork, and also the process behind a newspaper publication of a newspaper.
