Eid passenger service and information support
Eid can be challenging for many people, especially in regions where Eid is widely celebrated and involves significant movement of people.there is a surge in demand for transportation, including trains.To alleviate some of these challenges we took the step to help them.
Addressing the challenges of traveling during Eid requires a multi-faceted approach involving various people. It was implemented at Kamalapur railway station. We stated by organizing people in different lines and let them through one at a time to maintain the crowd.
By doing this project I have got to learn that we have a massive population and its very hard to maintain during holiday events.
