Day 2 of D’ OUTREACHERS a Messengers of Peace team Philippines is a group of scout leaders who pulled their resources and believing in young people in quest for quality EDUCATION. This project is on going for the past 4 years of distributing education packs, food packs and solar lights to the remote community in the north and central Luzon. This took place at MAGALAWA ISLAND Palauig, Zambales. In partnership with the local government Mayor Nanay Bing Maniquiz, Vice Mayor Doris Ladines and Architect Leah "Iska" Ferol, who provides us quarters to sleep and transporting our gift packs.
