Rovers and Rangers of open unit Jagatsionghpur have started a education centre near to their village. After school and college hours these rovers and Rangers giving education to droppedout childern. They provide education materials too. This will continue year long until they motivate the young stars to join regular school. They had a door to door campaign to movtivate the parents to allow their childern to the open air school.
