Eagle Scout nominee, Sct. Christopher Santos of the Boy Scouts of America - Troop 2 Alamo, California; an American de jure, but Filipino by heart, started his project to make and donate benches for the Boy Scouts of the Philippines - Outfit 039 MMEC-NCR. He came back home 17 July, meeting the Principal of Sta. Elena High School and the staff and scouts of the Outfit 039. Enjoying the service in order for him to fulfill his duties as running for Eagle rank. The Scouts of Outfit 039 have been assisting him to the fullest and communicating as part of the World Brotherhood tradition of a scout.
