The Scout conferences  Review meeting cum waste management and Unanimous appointment of New Dzongkhag Scout Coordinator culminated with Compost Generation practical Demonstration from organic wastes by ARDC Project Director to the workshop participants.

Preparation of Organic Manures;  Organic manures are composed of dead plant and animal remains and contain plant nutrients. 
steps to make organic manure are :
1. collected animals dung, plants, leaves and kitchen waste, and leguminous crops  etc..
2. add  1 % of EM and 0.5 to 1% of Bokashi (Micro organism)
3. Even we can add around 20% of biochar
4. add 40 to 50% of water 
5. cover the entire collected waste by plastic
6. the mannure is ready by 1 week( in hot places) and 2 weeks (in cold places)
