In the connection with Divya Kumbh Bhavya Kumbh, A 02nd Phase National Level Service Camp was organized at Sangam, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh from 23rd January to 01st February 2019. 82 energetic Rovers and staff from Assam, Eastern Railway, East Central Railway, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Northern Railway, North Central Railway, North East Frontier Railway, South Central Railway, Uttar Pradesh and Western Railway were participated with full enthusiasm committed to the service for Devout. The Base camp was established at sector- 14 of Kumbh Mela on Lower Sangam Marg.
On 23rd January 2019 National Level Kumbh Mela Service Camp was inaugurated by Shri O. P. Singh, Superintendent of Police (Traffic), Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh with flag off for service. Rovers rendered their services to the pilgrims, assisted the police and administration in smooth conduct of Holy Kumbh Bath. Rovers were divided into patrol wise for rendered their services. During the service camp rovers meet with Mahamandeleshwar Swami Awadeshanand Giri Ji Maharaj and Film Actress and Member of Parliament Smt. Heema Malini ji.
Rovers were actively participated in the River Cleaning under Namami Gange with full devotion at Sangam and aware the devout how to clean the water source in their locality. On 26th January 2019 National Flag- Tiranga was hoisted at Base Camp, Sec-14, Sangam with National Anthem in patriotic environment. Rovers were also helped to hoisting the National Flag at the Pilot Baba Akhada, Army Baba and other Akhada.
With the help of Punjab National Bank digital Partner of Kumbh Mela, Prayagraj-2019, e-RUPAYA Awareness programme on Cashless India and Digital India was organized for participations during the service camp. Mr. Anurag Shrivastava, Marketing officer and Shrikant Tiwari, Punjab National Bank had given brief information on the cashless and digital India programme and use e RUPAYA card by Rovers for promotion of this initiative.
Lost and Found moving booth, information given to devout related to Kumbh Mela, traffic at Lower Sangam Marg, Sankaracharya Marg, Kali Marg, Mukti Marg etc. were managed by our Rovers for assisting the Mela Administration every day.
Service Camp was successfully conducted under the leadership of Bablu Goswami, Regional Organising Commissioner (Scout), Eastern Region with the help of Shri Suresh Prasad Tiwari, ASOC(S), Shri Pradeep Gupta, ASOC(S) and Shri Ved Prakash, DOC(S) from Uttar Pradesh and Shri Sahadeb Das from North East Frontier Railway.
Service Camp was covered by Miss Priyanka Bhalla, Reporter, Amar Ujala, and Shri Abhimanu Mathur, Delhi Times, Times of India and also wide publicity through Social Medi

At the time of closing ceremony Shri Arun Chandra Patar, Assistant Director Southern Region present as guest and distributed the participation certificates. Participants left the venue with sweet memories and enriched managing knowledge at the time of unfavorable condition which may be used in their future life.
