Divisional level Seerat cum Naat Competition for Scout section was organized by J&K state Bharat Scouts and Guides at S. P. Hr. Sec. School Srinagar, on 07th July 2015. The Competition was inaugurated by Sr. Vice President of J&k State Bharat Scouts and Guides (Mtr. Roma Wani), in her welcome address she highlights about the purpose of the Scout/Guide movement, also about the Seerat and Naat competition and then welcomes all the Guest, Judges of the Competition, Adult Leaders of J&K BS&G and the Scouts and Guides. The Competition was formally started with the Talawat-Pak by the Student of the host school, followed by the Naat Nabi(SAW) by Mr. Zubair Salfi. Then after the competition started in which all the districts of the Kashmir Division participated. In between the competition various great well known Personalities of the J&K state( Dr. Shakeel Ahmad Shafie, Prof. Zahoor Ahamad Shah Almadnie, &Mr. Mushtaq Kashmiri) heighlights about the Seerat of Prophet Muhammad SAW, and also about the Naat Nabi SAW. After the completion of the both competition the Chief Guest(Mr. Abdul Ahad Farhad) blessed all the participants who took the active participation, also Praised the role of BS&G for organising the such type of religious programmes then he along with other guests distributed the prizes of winners and also the participation prizes among the participants. The participants’ were also given the refreshments. Then Mr. M.A Tramboo (SOC) presented the vote of thanks.
