Kanchrapara District Association of Eastern Railway State Bharat Scouts and Guides celebrated its District Rally on and from 3rd October 2016 to 5th October 2016 at Bell Institute Premises. The then CWM, Shri Manoj Mahajan Sir, President,ERBSG/KPA Distt Association inaugurated the Rally by his wonderful speech and blessed the participants. The Programme concluded with various activities like Inter Group Competition, Color Party Competition, Rangoli Competition, Poster Making Competition, Folk Dance, Fun Based Activities, Adventure Activities, Exhibition,etc.
