Discouraging people from using plastic products
Prevention of the use of 1 time plastic substance was the main motive of this project. We were able to create awareness around our locality about the harmside of the use of 1 time plastic and thus insisting them on using less plastic substance and creating less plastic wastage.
Me and my scout firends made leaflets containing details about the harmful aspects plastic usage and how to avoid using plastic. We devided in 6 different teams and executed our projects in the most crowded area's in our city.
Public awareness is the most crucial step to making a plastic free enviroment. Through this project, We were able to explaine the general people about the necessity of reducing plastic usage and creating a plastic free enviroment. This project would help the unaware and unconcious people aware about the harmful aspects plastic usage and thus motivate them on redcing plastic usage in their daily life.
From this project, I got to learn that people are still unconscious about the mass production of Plastic substances and the harm it's causing to nature. We could make the project better by making our promotion better by doing the project in an even bigger way and reach out to many more people and making them aware about the dangerous facts of Plastic and reducing its usage.
