Dengue prevention activities
People are constantly being infected and dying from dengue, so we have taken this initiative to protect the environment and people from dengue.
People were getting infected and dying from dengue, so we took the initiative to remove water and waste from all the places where water accumulates and where Aedes mosquitoes can breed, so that we can prevent the spread of dengue by breeding Aedes mosquitoes.
The area where we did the project was a populated area. There we saw water logging in various places, polythene bags and coconut shells lying around, but the general public has no worries about these things or dengue, they are moving around freely, so we have observed from this project that people are very unaware of dengue.
