Dengue Control Program

Dengue fever has emerged as a major public health challenge in Bangladesh. The country, with its tropical climate and densely populated urban areas, is highly susceptible to dengue outbreaks. Due to that reason, the President of our Scout Group inspired us to take up this project.
This project was done in Rajuk Uttara Model College by Scouts along with BNCC and other students. Rover Scouts also worked in this project.
More than 90 people benefited from this project. We kept track of mosquito populations and disease outbreaks. This helped us take quick action to prevent the spread of dengue and protect our communities.
Dengue control programs are essential in keeping mosquitoes away and preventing the spread of dengue fever. By raising awareness, eliminating breeding sites, and involving the community, we can create a safer and healthier environment for everyone. Let's work together to keep mosquitoes at bay and protect ourselves from dengue.
