The Better World Framework Webinar Series organized by National Headquarters of the Bharat Scouts and Guides has started from 5th August 2020 with a motive to implement various Projects throughout the country from grassroot level and provide a new learning opportunity and experience to young people as well as adult leaders to know in details about the various programmes of WOSM. Today on 6th August was our 2nd Webinar on "Messenger of Peace Initiatives". On this day, the programme started with BSG Prayer followed by Welcome address by honourable Director of BSG, Mr Raj Kumar Kaushik. He welcomed all the participants and dignitaries with his encouraging welcome address. The programme was also addressed by Mr Amar B Chettri, Deputy Director of Scouts (Boy Programme), Dr H.P.Chettri, Chief Commissioner (Scout), of the Bharat Scouts and Guides with their encouraging, inspiring and golden words. And finally, plenary sessions were taken by Mr S.Prasanna Srivastava, Director, Organisational development and Messenger of Peace, World Bureau, Asia Pacific Support Center. He gave a beautiful introduction on Messengers of Peace - What is Peace?, Evolution of Messenger of Peace, What is Messenger of Peace? Then, Ms Kate C Aranzamendez, Assistant, Messengers of Peace, World Bureau, Asia Pacific Support Center demonstrated the definition of Messenger of Peace, three elements of MOP, How to get the MOP Badge?, Messengers of Peace Partners, MOP Green Scarf and Blue Scarf, Networking, Recognition - MOP Heroes Award, How to Create account in scout.org?, How to upload Service Projects?, Impact driven story tellinga and also about the Scout Donation Platform. It was a very nice and a wonderful presentation presented by her. And finally after the Question and Answer Session the programme ended with Mr Analendra Sharma's, Assistant Director of NER remarks.
