28th to 31 March, 2019 Samtse District have conducted scout Exchange cum scout conference.

There are 96 participates, where they were divided into 4 troops namely 1.jime 2. Khesar 3. Namgyel and Wanghhuck.

As a resources I have helped and coordinated the programme throughout the day.
