Due to overwhelming numbers of cubs in short period of time, i complete the registration of the cubs into scout.org in the second week. Explain again to them the purpose and idea of what MoP is about, teach them how to create projects of how they helping the school or neighborhood to be a better place. Also at the same time, before the start of the project, 3 of the cubs manage to achieve the highest badge award which is Lencana Emas and awarding ceremony is done before the begin of the project. I believe rewarding in front of their fellows cubs not only able to set role model for them, but also able to motivate and encourage them to follow the footstep of their seniors.
