Cub Scouting for Everyone - Stage III
Project was planned with the objectives of increasing the cub scout population of the country whilst enhancing the qualitative aspect of same. Under the stage III of the project, workshops for cub scout leaders were organised in all nine provinces of the country in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, which were conducted by the members of the Project Committee

Despite the set-back experienced during the year 2021 ,owing to covid 19 pandemic and the economic rescission faced by the country, project activities leapfrogged in 2022 , surpassing the project target of 29,630 cub scouts (33% increase of the population of cub scouts that existed in January 2021) and ended up by achieving a record breaking 35766 Nos of registered cub scout population in the country, by March 2023.
Capacity building of the Cub Scout Leaders of Sri Lanka Scout Association leads to a significant membership growth which accounts for approximately 40 %
