This is a 3 day training course for the aspiring crew leaders in our council (Metro Manila East Council). In this training course, they taught us about all the things we need if we want to become crew leaders. Examples of the things they taught us are the scout ideals, different kinds of officers, knot tying, bandaging and many more that we could use as scouts. In those 3 days, everything was taught clearly to us. We also learned how to develop our leadership and making flags, cheer, song, and totems.
