Crew Leader Training Course was held to teach scouts the basics of living the scout way like the Scout Ideals, Ropemanship and Pioneering, Trail Reading, Compass Reading, Scout Ceremonies and Most impotantly LEADERSHIP and TEAMWORK taught to us by Adult scout Leaders of MMEC together with the Eagle Scouts. Here we met new scouts including Lady Scouts where we have to work together as a Patrol/Crew for 3 days. In that short amount of time each one of us learned something new to us, and in the end we reaped what we sowed earning achievements and awards as a whole.
