Creating new Scout groups and implementing YP

The main motivation to start this project was the importance of creating new Scout groups to expand opportunities for children and youth in Ukraine to join the Scout Movement as the world's leading non-formal education system.
The project started in November 2021 and was suspended in February 2022 due to the outbreak of a full-scale war in Ukraine. During this period, the project team managed to implement 2 phases of the project, as envisaged in the project plan, namely After the project resumed in September 2023, our team focused on engaging and supporting children and youth affected by the war through the creation of new sites
1. Any difficult situation will not prevent the development of the Scout Movement if there is at least one person who wants to do so 2. It is important to follow a sequence of actions to create new Scout groups (each country will have its own sequence) 3. A team of volunteers works effectively if each member is motivated and the team leader supports this motivation
