The court of Honour in scouts is mainly to empower the young scouts to decide and suggest in democracy methods, further it will develop and enhance individual scouts to decide and work collaboratively.

The court of Honour in scouts is a plat form for scouts to decide and legislate the comphrensive planning as per the situation, accordance with the scouting methods and with sustainable development Goals.

The court of Honour in scouts is mainly for patrol leaders, assistant patrol leaders, Troop Leaders and Scout master.
