The Course for Assistant Leader Trainers (CALT) recently held in Mutiara Semenyih Training Village and Eco Resort, Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia.64 Scout Leaders were present from different scout state . The course, held from 4-10 September 2016, The course specifically targets to equip Scout leaders to be effective unit leaders. I am attending the course to obtaining my 3 beads warrant as Assistant Leader Trainer.
