Cope with the cyclone

I demonstrate practice when I am ready to share in dealing with cyclones. Until the time of learning it, I express the questions briefly and summarizing with menot hearts. I use comments in debriefing to cover my main points. Although I have to present my issues to everyone at the end of the meeting, it is comfortable to express things in brief at times.
Determine the forecast before the cyclone arrives. Be properly prepared for minimums, daytime and hurricane disasters. Distribute dry food and water to all the members staying at the shelter. For further security the applicable numbers, police stations, first aid centers are arranged by the administration. But above all, I have worked maintaining safety and security.
We have been able to serve around 450 people since dealing with the cyclone. The people there are very happy to get our service. We listen to all their words with our hearts. Many people lost their houses, cows and goats. Many people did not want to come to the shelter, leaving their livestock at home for fear of hope. We explain to them that the shelter has space for cattle. Then some people stay in the shelter with us.
Danger does not come to anyone. We should all brace ourselves in times of danger. Be by each other's side. Be strong and encourage others. No one can be treated badly. If you work with a cool head, all the work can be done beautifully.
