On the morning of 21st September we the scouts of Gongzim Ugyen Dorji CS along with the scouts of Katsho LSS went to convey the message of international peace day to the people of Haa , Though it rained heavily we started our message convey from 6am till 8am . we did a small cleaning camping , on that day we had made many new friends and helped Haa to be clean
