The 4th Durban St Thomas Cub Pack collected loose change for a whole term (3 months) in order to buy much needed food items in support of the ICARE Street Childrens' Organisation's feeding Scheme. The Cubs raised enough money to buy 4kgs Peanut butter, 24 tins tomato and onion mix, 12 tins baked beans, 60 pkts soup, 6 litres of oil, 10 kgs rice, 10kgs maize meal, 10kgs sugar, 10 kgs flour, 10kg samp, 10kgs beans, 400 tea bags, 2 boxes of cooldrink concentrate and 5 boxes x 24 stock cubes!!! The ICARE tret Childrens' Orgnisation was delighted to receive this wonderful donation and shared with the cubs about themselves and how the donated goods would be used to meet the street children's needs.
