ON 24th July 2016, Scouts from Zhemgang Central School went to help villagers in Tingbi Pam to do paddy cultivation. Scouts lend their helping hand in cultivating paddy. Despite rainfall and cold weather they enjoyed their work force in the muddy paddy field,. Scout is cheerful under all the difficulties.
