Community Service & Mediation, by Venture, NTR HK
To strengthen the stakeholders with fully support and connection of the venture council member with youth involvement between the region, district and groups; Promote self-reliance to understand their needs, encourage them participate to the youth engagement with the development policy of the WOSM and explore the participants' international vision
Packaged the program as Messenger of peace base, reduce conflict, enhance the commitment and participation motivation of venture scouts, with community service and mediation program
During the event, venture council members could participate the community service and learn about Hong Kong legal terms and dispute resolution as mediation, and also demonstrated the new communication skills, as well as the WOSM's development policies, such as MoP and SDGs.
Through the community service and role-play in mediation, the participants learned the conflict between different parties and find out the solving solution. They would share the above contents and inventions with their friends to serve the community.
