On 3 June 2018, Scout's of Bjishong Central School have gone out for some volunteering! 32 scouts from class 9 and 11, 5 community based scouts and 5 scout leaders spent the whole day at the construction site at Panikong, where Gasa Dzongkhag is coordinating the house construction for a Royal Kidu recipient. We were joined by Dzongda, Dzongrab, Geog Thrizin and dzongkhag officials of Gasa. 1 DCM and 2 Tripper trucks loads of timber and 1 truckload of stones were shifted from road head to the site which spans a distance of about 50 meters but uphill.
