I was very much happy having been able to participate in the Community Based Scouting investiture ceremony which was held on 12th May 2018 upon the invitation by the Dzongkhag Scout Secretary, Mr. Karma Leki. I wish hearty congratulations to all new CBS members of Damphu and I on behalf of DSA, BSA and WOSM would like to welcome in the family of SCOUTING. We would like to thank our former Dasho Dzongda Ngawang Pem for sacrificing her precious time with us as a Chief Guest. The golden words from Dasho inspired and motivated me to work hard as a Scout Leader ever after.
