COLLECT THE WASTE AND MAKE HEALTHY PLANET
From this project, I learned the importance of keeping our environment as clean and healthy as possible. I realized that maintaining a clean environment is not only beneficial for us today but also plays an important role in protecting natural resources for future generations. When we take care of our surroundings, reduce waste, and use resources responsibly, we can help prevent environmental damage and ensure that these valuable resources remain available in the future.
The project also taught me that environmental protection is a shared responsibility. Every individual has a role to play in keeping the community clean and protecting nature. Through our actions today, we can contribute to a more sustainable environment and create better opportunities for future generations. This experience has motivated me to be more responsible in my daily habits and to encourage others to care for and protect the environment for the future.
For the implementation of the project, we divided the Class 11 and Class 12 students into five different groups, with teachers who had received training from BULT guiding and supporting each group. Dividing the students into groups helped us organize the activity effectively and ensured that everyone had a specific responsibility. The teachers provided instructions and guidance on proper waste collection, disposal, and the importance of maintaining a clean environment.
We carried out the cleaning campaign in the areas near the river. The students actively participated in collecting litter and removing waste from the river surroundings. Special attention was given to keeping the area clean because rivers are important natural resources and can easily be affected by waste and pollution. Through this activity, students were able to understand the importance of protecting water sources and maintaining a clean environment.
The activity also encouraged teamwork, cooperation, and a sense of responsibility among the students. By working together with the teachers and other group members, we were able to make the cleaning campaign more organized and effective. Overall, the project provided us with a valuable opportunity to contribute to environmental protection while developing greater awareness about proper waste management and the importance of keeping our rivers and surroundings clean.
