Climate education at the University level

As scouting has taught me skills for life to be 'estote parati', I got the feeling that everyone should have the basic knowledge to address the current and future reality. What will be essential to know and is better to start knowing and acting on it right now? Climate change. Thus I am committing myself to give my fellow uni students a basic toolkit to face the climate crisis, feeling able to do something about it even in their future work field.
I am working to agree with the University of Trento upon selecting courses that tackle climate change and making them available to each student. The students must take, at least one course, before completing their degree (thus within bachelor, master, or Ph.D.) independently from the field of studies. The courses listed could be a mix of the ones offered by the university itself or by online providers such as https://sdgacademy.org/ or even essential as https://climatescience.org/it.
This project aims to have a long-lasting impact on all the current and future students of Trento, thus around 16 500 yearly. This would mean that each student would graduate and enter the working field with the basic of climate change and the connections with their work field, in order to give future workers the knowledge to make their job sustainable.
I am learning how to: make a report of what I am doing; work towards a goal while collaborating with other fellow students; understand the difference between big and small adversities.
