Shri L.B. Shastri Open Rover Scout Group, Sirsa (Haryana) INDIA completed it's 15th glorious year on Oct. 2, 2017. It was a great honor for all members of the group. Group has celebrated the 15th Foundation Day with a Cleanliness Campaign in Sirsa City & also organized a people awareness rally.
