Clean Up Drive 2.0

During our annual Group camp to Kuakata (a small island on the coastal region of Bangladesh), my scout group had arranged a beach cleaning drive. Along with the help of the local policeman 100 scouts participated in cleaning one of the beaches on the island. We categorised the trash we had picked up into recycleable and non-recycleable and with the help of the policeman we disposed it in the proper place. We also tried our best to educate the locals against littering telling them it was bad for the life under water, for our climate and that trashes like glass bottles made the beach unsafe for everyone.
