This is a great initiative of my year. This is the purpose of the students to know the secret polling method. For the first time I had announced a month-long election programme of the Class Monitor. The process for filling up the application, withdrawing the application, taking the deposit while filling the application, campaigning for the election was going on for a month. Senior scouts n guides of other class were appointed as polling officials to vote. They were trained to vote. The structure of the polling station was ideal. It was compulsory to bring identity cards to all voters. All the documents were prepared to keep records of votes. For example - voter list, voter register, booth president diary etc. Specifically, all the designated employees were given honorarium. It was also appointed as an employee of senior scouts n guides for counting. The deposit of the candidates who got less votes were seized. The winning candidates were given the certificate of victory. The swearing-in ceremony will be conducted.
