Charity Based Round Island Treasure Hunt 2016

In this activity, our participants will be requested to drive around Penang island, getting clues, solving the given tasks and finally win the game. The selling point of our event is that, we will tie in charity concept in our treasure hunt activity. We will involve (i) Chesyre home (located at babington avenue, Penang); (ii) Penang Gan En Zhi Jia (located at Jalan Lengkok P Ramlee) and (iii) Ruyi Childeren Home (located in Tanjung Tokong) in our activity whereby these parties will act as the base for some of the stations. For example, in order to get the clue to proceed to the next station, participants will have to clean up the hall for the orphanage. Also, children from Ruyi Children Home will join us in this treasure hunt as well. With this, we can do charity and at the same time, the participants can learn and grow in a fun way. Goals/ Objectives At the end of this program, we are expecting: i) To promote each participant’s feeling of self worth, individuality and capability. ii) Develop leadership, teamwork, analytical thinking, problem solving, time management as well as providing the participants a platform to discover their talents. iii) Improve their socialization skills and make some new friends. iv) Understand that contributing back to the society is everybody’s responsibility.
