"CHALLANGE: THE LEADER"

6 active scout leaders of Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan , also Georgian and Polish scout leaders participated in the leadership training "CHALLANGE: THE LEADER" organized by the Polish Scout Association on 4-10 August in 2016 in Poland. The participants were very active in participating in training by the interest and enthusiasm. The next day played paintball and were taught the basic equipment, rules, and playing styles. Using compressed-air paintball guns, scout players competed in teams or solo to eliminate other players from the field. It was a lot of fun. The other day International evening was held by scouts, they showed their national cuisine ,things,clothes etc. On 8th August scouts were busy with rafting , were ttought useful information and experience also entertained a lot. Participants got a lot of new knowledge and skills which will be very useful and necessary in their future success. Also, the participants got a chance to see closely occupations and crafts of the local people of Kudawa province in the town Klodzko where the training was held, also visited the largest city in western Poland - Wrocław. Wrocław is the historical capital of Silesia and Lower Silesia. Today, it is the capital of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. At various times in history, it has been part of the Kingdom of Poland, Bohemia, Hungary, the Austrian Empire, Prussia, and Germany. Scouts also visited the place for Jamboree 2023 which Poland is one of the candidate for this great event. The two candidate countries for the 2023 World Jamboree are Poland and South Korea. The decision will now be made at the 41st World Scout Conference in Baku, Azerbaijan, to be held in August 2017. The 2023 World Scout Jamboree, officially known as the 25th World Scout Jamboree, is a planned World Scout Jamboree that is scheduled to be held in 2023.
