On 31st March I designed certificates for the Scout Leaders’ Refresher Course which conducted in one of the far school of the district (Gopini PS). The certificate is designed especially:

• to motivate the leaders in scouting
• to recruit new leaders in scouting
• to upgrade the leaders
• to strengthen the opportunities of the leaders
• to encourage scouting

I found that leaders are motivated and promised that they will run the scouting seriously and effectively. The programme was worth giving of certificate.
