Celebration of VAN MAHOTSAV.
To save our earth, many projects and programs are initiated by the Govt. of India. Which inspired me to organise a 3 days program 'VAN MAHOTSAV' with my scouts guides in my school. The Headmistress along with SMC members participated in this program.
VAN MAHOTSAV project was implemented in my school and near by locality. Many activities like Drawing competition, Slogan writing competition, Social awareness rally and Tree plantation drive were executed for the scouts and guides of the school. The Headmistress flagged off the rally for social awareness for Tree plantation.
The people of the locality appreciated the effort done by me and my scouts and guides. Many trees were planted in the school premises by me and my scouts and guides. Every scout and every guide took responsibility of one plant each. The Headmistress rewarded the winners of drawing/slogan writing contest.
It was a good learning experience by motivating the society to plant more trees. The students of the school also took pledge to plant trees in their locality. It is a great message for all of us to keep our earth clean and green and to keep our environment pollution free.
