On 21st feb we the bhutanese celebrate our majesty the fifth Druk gyelpo’s birthday. However we also mark and celebrate it as scout day. For this celebration almost all the people in and around the country come together for the grand celebration. On this day we the sarpang central school hosted and I coordinated the dance programs, Around two thousand people gather there for celebration.
