Scouts and Guides of Govt Secondary School, Mulukey, East District of Sikkim State observed the National Youth Parliament Festival on 13th January 2021 at their school premises. The programme was witnessed by all the scouts & Guides,  senior school's mates, teachers and the Headmaster of the school. The program was appreciated by all. The concept of the event was initiated by Scout master Santosh Dhakal and Guide Captain Mrs. Mamta Chettri of the school. Youth forum extempore speech on various right to vote, Voting rights, Constitutional rights for voters Nationality. Scouts & Guides took active part in deliberation of the quality leadership speech on these topics
