Scouts of Tshangkha Central School joined Tangsibjee Gewog in consecration ceremony of Gyalsey Jangchub Chorten to celebrate the auspicious first birth anniversary of His Royal Highness the Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel Wangchuk. After the cultural items we have done mass cleaning too.
