Celebration of 72nd Republic Day

"I feel that the constitution is workable, it is flexible and it is strong enough to hold the country together both in peacetime and in wartime. Indeed, if I may say so, if things go wrong under the new Constitution, the reason will not be that we had a bad Constitution. What we will have to say is that Man was vile." – B.R. Ambedkar Historical Moment For the first time in the history of Scouting in Kanchrapara, 72nd Republic Day of India was celebrated by the members of Kanchrapara District Association of Eastern Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides at their District Training Center on 26th January 2021. Honourable Mr Ramen Malik, District Chief Commissioner and Dy CME (C), Kanchrapara hoisted the National Flag thus marking it's opening. Cultural programme was presented by South, Vivekananda, Officer's Colony, Dangapara and Deshbandhu Groups respectively in front of State and District Officials and other invited guests and dignitaries.
