Bartsham Central School scouts celebrated World Scarf Day on 1st August, 2018. Scout Leader Tshering Tashi (self) gave speech to whole school on following aspects: 1. why celebrate Scarf Day on 1st August 2. parts and meaning of each parts of our National scarf (colour to our scarf resembles to our National flag) 3. why do we need to respect our scarf and how 4. encouraged others to join Scouting For the whole day, scout worn their scarves and shared their experiences to all the non-scouts they came across.
